Jenn Villalobos

Jenn has more than 23 years of experience helping companies transform their digital and technology capabilities to develop a sustainable competitive advantage in the digital age. Jenn has worked with global, regional and local organisations across Australia, Latin America and Asia Pacific helping them make the most of data driven insights to creatively solve for business growth challenges.
Jenn is the Chief Digital and Technology Officer for Prudential Thailand where she overseas three business: Digital Partnerships, Digital Innovation Delivery and Core Information Technology Transformation. Her mission is to make Thai people healthier and wealthier by developing, designing and deploying AI driven, innovative Insuretech propositions via Prudential’s OnePulse platform.
Prior to Prudential, Jenn lead a high performing business development team responsible for
large-scale digital partnerships at NTUC Income and worked at Google for 12 years. Jenn sees Google as her development platform where she held a variety of roles ranging from Agency Innovation, Business Development, Brand Building, Online Video Strategy and Intent Driven Programmatic Marketing. Her passion for transforming the Travel and Hospitality industry at Google lead her to invest and support upcoming start-ups; such as CarePod a company transforming how pets travel globally.
Jenn is on the Gender Diversity Board of Acceleration Asia where she plays a critical role in helping Female Founders find their groove and speak their own voice.
